. Create and manage project plans with semiconductorand high- tech manufacturing companies based on the project scope and requirement,negotiate and sign contract with clients.

. Directand monitor the project team to execute the project based on the project plan,tracking project progress, cost, and quality

. Performrisk management to minimize project risks.

. Ensureall deliverables are on time.
