Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure and real estate development.
- Experience in developing technical insights and translating them into commercial solutions for the business and team.
- Experience with data centers or other infrastructure in the areas of supply planning, site development, construction, design, or engineering in a changing environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in managing cross-functional technical programs.
- Ability to communicate data-motivated story around key business insights.
- Excellent planning and communication skills in management in a cross-functional leadership role, with the ability to create project plans that break down work into phases and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities
- Own the development of the long-range, infrastructure supply plans. Develop regional evolution and investment strategies in close coordination with stakeholders and business objectives.
- Utilize the output from advanced demand and capacity models to drive trade-off decisions and develop optimal multi-year supply plans, providing recommendations to accelerate growth.
- Create and deliver cross-functional planning governance, enforcing established principles that reach broadly inside and outside direct scope or region.
- Ensure incorporation of asset delivery status and risks from site acquisition through construction completion. Be responsible for maintaining consistent accountability and on-time performance of the regional plans within the region.
- Serve as the central bridge and point-of-contact for the regional planning, cultivating strong relationships to align internal business drivers of all key stakeholders with regional infrastructure plans and application across all geographic plans within Asia Pacific.
