General Profile:
As a Senior Manager, this role leads execution of complex, strategic programs across multiple business units, ensuring alignment to organizational objectives and outcomes. It is accountable for end-to-end program performance across sites, ensuring delivery against cost, schedule, and shipment commitments. The position provides leadership to managers and cross-functional teams, driving accountability and high-performance execution. It also develops and executes BU-level plans, balancing cost, shipment targets, and organizational priorities. Decisions are guided by segment priorities and focused on effective resource utilization and business impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Drive execution of high-impact, strategic programs across multiple BUs, ensuring alignment to business priorities and measurable outcomes.
2. Own end-to-end program delivery across global sites, consistently meeting or exceeding cost, schedule, and shipment targets.
3. Drive total product cost reduction initiatives, delivering sustainable gross margin (GM) improvement through structured cost-out programs.
4. Partner closely with BU cost focal, operations, and support functions to develop and execute cross-functional programs across multiple business units, covering both technical and operational initiatives.
5. Lead and develop managers and cross-functional teams, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high-performance execution.
6. Shape and execute BU/sub-unit business plans, balancing cost optimization, shipment commitments, and organizational priorities.
7. Make decisive, priority-driven decisions that optimize resource allocation and maximize business impact at scale.


Functional Knowledge
. Hands-on experience with high-tech precision parts manufacturing and equipment manufacturing environment preferred.
. Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of concepts and principles within technical programs management and knowledge of other related job families


Business Expertise
. Applies in-depth understanding of how TPM function integrates within the segment/BU supported
. Has knowledge of best practices and how program area integrates with others is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

. Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources

. Identifies and resolves complex technical, operational and organizational problems

. Impacts the business results of a team or area by supporting and funding projects, products, services and/or technologies and developing policies and plans

Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 10 - 15 Years
