Senior Technical Manager

Responsible for addressing and resolving all NDT- related technical issues. Prepared to work additional hours when necessary. Able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Available to work on Sundays and public holidays as required.
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsible for scheduling and organizing the NDT Technicians.
Responsible for all safety issues.
Project activities involve in the NDT process of Oil & Gas, Power Plant & Construction.
Responsible for all the quality related aspects in the project for Welding, NDE Works.
Involved in all kinds of inspection and testing activities in Piping, Structural andEquipment related jobs.
Contributing to the development of the Project Execution plan and ensuring the reviewand issues of the Plan
Attend meetings on day today basis with the main contractor and Sub Contractors forquality related issues.
Ensure the deployment of Contractor inspectors and their inspection activities are as perthe project requirements.
Initiating preventive and corrective actions where potential risks to quality is foreseen oridentified.
Identify unique requirements (Welding Sequence) and special process and specialcontrols and examination required for any specific activities during the execution of theProject.
