Lead and review engineering designs to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and projects and tenders requirements.
Develop and validate geotechnical, transport and building models, parameters, and design solutions.
Plan and manage design programmes to meet project timelines and deliverables.
Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and efficient design delivery.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical and interface issues.
Provide technical support during construction and recommend solutions to site challenges. Ensure constructability, safety, and cost-effectiveness in all design and construction activities.
Manage design changes, RFIs, and technical documentation in line with contract requirements.
Monitor project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful project execution.
Lead, mentor, and supervise engineering teams while driving continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
Minimum requirement with Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, preferably Doctorate Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
Minimum 16 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering consultancy.
Preferably with experience in condominium/residential developments and healthcare facilities.
Experience in both design consultancy or construction environments preferred.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skill.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in design management and site technical coordination.
