- Produce BIM models including preparation of general arrangement plans and schedules.
- Provide BIM and drafting support to Singapore C&S team.
- Produce sewer, drainage and traffic plan. Provide reinforce concrete detailing (Box culvert and Box drain)
- Produce quantity schedules using BIM.
- Collaborate and coordinate with CS, AR and MEP both within local and overseas teams.
- Provide BIM Modelling and coordination work
Requirementy
- Civil Engineering graduate.
- Proficient in structural detailing and modelling:
- At least 5 years experience in Civil engineering with experience in sewer, drainage and road.
- At least 5 years experience in Archicad, Revit and AutoCAD. Archicad experience is preferred. Knowledge in Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Solibri is a plus.
- Passionate about Structural 3D modelling and 2D detailing to deliver with high quality.
- Able to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Proficient in Office applications especially Excel.
- Able to communicate to local and overseas clients.
- With good work ethics and management skills and ability to adapt in tight deadlines.
- Experience in BIM model federation, coordination and clash detections.
