Senior Technical Executive (BIM Modeller)

We are seeking talented experience Senior Technical Executives to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This role will suit someone who has experience in leading a team and would like to pursue their career in one of the reputable architect firms in Singapore. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Technical Managers in leading a team on the preparation and production of drawings for submission, tender and construction.
• To prepare/review architectural drawings using BIM or CAD software.
• To liaise with Project Architect/team members and local authorities.
• BIM Coordination, where required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Architecture industry is preferred.
• Proficient on the use of BIM software (revit).
• Experience and familiar with Authorities submission procedure, Code requirements and compliance
• Certificate or Diploma in Architecture.
