Senior Technical Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed interior design drawings and construction documentation
• Prepare tender drawings and documentation packages
• Produce technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare presentation decks focused on materials, finishes, and technical specifications
• Produce 3D views and technical visuals using 3ds Max and/or Revit (Enscape)
• Coordinate technical information with consultants and contractors
• Assist in site coordination and respond to technical queries during construction

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or related studies
• Minimum 3 years of experience with an architecture or interior design consultancy firm
• Strong experience in interior detailing and tender documentation
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of buildability and technical standards
• Highly proficient inRevit, AutoCAD and 3ds Max
