Senior Technical Buyer (APAC)

We are seeking a Senior Technical Buyer (APAC) for our client in the design & engineering space expanding into Singapore. This on-site, full-time role is central to both procurement and quotation activities, offering the chance to refine processes and contribute to customer expansion in a fast-moving, startup-style setting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and vendors
• Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals for components such as gaskets, seals, bearings, and related products
• Streamline purchasing activities and ensure stock levels are well-managed
• Work closely with the sales team to shape pricing approaches and coordinate with clients
• Play a key role in enhancing operational effectiveness across the Singapore & Regional office

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Procurement/Contract Management or related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, quotations, or technical sales
• A proactive mindset suited to dynamic, fast-moving work environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
• Comfortable reading engineering drawings and technical specifications
