Responsibilities

The key responsibilities in this role include:

Contribute to develop overall DSC SL IT architecture

Ensuredevelopment and implementation of related plans and roadmaps and supports the execution by the Product Owners and Project DevOps teams

Ensure the definition of Non-FunctionalRequirements, design of technicalarchitecture in projects / programs

Reviews the implementation of technical product roadmaps to ensure solution complies with DHL technical and security standards

Shape plans and ensuredelivery of technologically advanced projects thatsupport the DSC and SL technology vision

Participate in the DSC Architecture working groups, enables knowledge sharing across regions and products

Define and advises project teams on the interpretation and use of standards and technology

Work with Product teams on identifying issues, determine fixes and introduce best practices to increase effectiveness and efficiency in operations

Enable collaborationwith external service providers in terms of assembling own or third-party system components e.g. IT Services, Microsoft, Infosys, IBM, Accenture
