We're looking for a skilled Professional Services Specialist to design, implement, and optimize high-quality client solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored systems, and deliver end-to-end implementations.
This position blends technical expertise, consulting, and customer engagement. You'll be involved in everything from solution design and development to deployment and ongoing optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Consultation & Analysis
- Work with clients to understand business requirements and challenges
- Assess existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide guidance on best practices and solution usage
Project Delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver projects
- Develop implementation plans, including architecture, data models, and migration strategies
- Lead or contribute to project execution, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
Technical Implementation
- Design and build scalable, high-performance solutions
- Handle installation, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of products and solutions
Client Engagement
- Present strategies and project updates to stakeholders
- Build strong, ongoing client relationships
- Support proposal development and contribute to business cases
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, software delivery, or data-focused solutions
- Strong background in data management, system integration, or application development
- Experience leading or contributing to client-facing projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong technical documentation and writing ability
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
Technical Skills:
- SQL and database connectivity (ODBC/JDBC)
- Object-oriented programming languages
- APIs and data formats (REST, JSON, XML, etc.)
- Cloud platforms, containers, and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Cross-platform environments (Windows, Linux, macOS)
