Partner with Front Office Sales, Trading, Structuring, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to analyse business requirements and design scalable technology solutions.
Lead requirement gathering workshops and translate complex business processes into technical specifications, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
Design and enhance client, counterparty, partner, and relationship data models supporting Sales and Trading platforms.
Improve the consistency, integrity, and governance of client relationship data across CRM and downstream systems.
Lead strategic technology initiatives supporting Structured Products, OTC derivatives, and Sales workflow automation across Asia markets.
Deliver enhancements across trading, risk management, booking, onboarding, and operational workflows.
Support API integration initiatives between internal platforms and external structured product ecosystems such as Leonteq, FINIQ, Contineo.
Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience working as Technical Analyst or System Analyst.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar relevant education background.
Strong experience on platforms like Leonteq, FINQ, with experience in integration with front office systems.
Deep understanding of Structured Products, OTC derivatives, and Sales & Trading workflows.
Hands on experience working with CRM platforms, client lifecycle management systems, and relationship data models.
Strong experience in API integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise platform transformation.
Experience on REST APIs, JSON, XML, Swagger/OpenAPI
Experience on SQL and relational databases
Event driven architecture and middleware platforms
Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud integration patterns
