We are hiring for Team lead operations position.
. Manages day to day operations activities from inbound to outbound.
. Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of Inbound & Outbound fulfilment.
. Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
. Ensure organized, structured, cleanliness, and supplies of warehouse processes.
. Lead in Process and Key Metric improvements
. Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
. Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
. Produce regular reports and statistics of operation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
. Management of employees including training and development planning.
. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
