Senior Team Head Role at Private Banking
Key Responsibilities Include
Business & Sales Management
- Drive the team's financial performance, including Net New Assets (NNA), revenue, and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire, grow, and retain high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Monitor sales pipelines, client activity, and ensure delivery of KPIs.
- Collaborate with product specialists (investments, insurance, DPM, lending, etc.) to deliver holistic wealth solutions.
Leadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to maximize performance.
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide structured feedback.
- Build a strong team culture focused on collaboration, integrity, and client excellence.
Client & Market Engagement
- Support RMs in key client meetings and negotiations.
- Develop high-level client relationships, acting as a senior client sponsor when required.
- Stay abreast of market developments, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure team adherence to regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards.
- Promote a risk-aware culture and uphold the bank's risk-first approach.
- Monitor client transactions and portfolios for suitability and compliance.
