Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and risk management for our Singapore entities, working closely with the APAC tax leadership and local business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement Group tax strategy, policies, and controls across Singapore entities, ensuring full compliance.

- Lead tax compliance processes and reporting, working with external advisors as needed.

- Support cross-border transactions, intercompany funding arrangements, and transfer pricing matters.

- Manage relationships with IRAS, including tax dispute resolution and audit support.

- Identify and apply relevant Singapore tax incentives (e.g. EDB's Development and Expansion Incentive - DEI).

- Keep abreast of new Singapore tax regulations and incentive schemes, assessing relevance and impact for internal stakeholders.

- Provide occasional support on Indonesia-related tax matters, coordinating with local advisors as needed.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Tax, or related field.

- Big 4 background at Manager level or above, combined with in-house/corporate tax experience.

- Manufacturing industry background not required; experience with trading, treasury, or regional HQ entities is relevant.

- Fluent English required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to communicate tax technical issues.
