The Transfer Pricing Senior Associate / Manager will assist with the company's transfer pricing policies and documentation, implementing intercompany transactions, Local File/Master File preparation, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR). This role demands strong analytical skills, experience in financial services or tech-driven settings, and collaboration across teams to manage complex intercompany structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and reconcile intercompany journal entries for transfer pricing, ensuring compliance with global tax accounting standards.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, CbCR) per OECD and local rules.
- Support the preparation and monitoring of the Group transfer pricing model, implementing TP policies and legal agreements for intercompany transactions.
- Coordinate with finance teams and advisors for timely submission of CbCR, BEPS Pillar 2, and other transfer pricing filings.
- Perform financial analyses and benchmarking to support transfer pricing positions and engage with external advisors to deliver projects.
- Collaborate with accounting, legal, treasury, and business units to align TP workstreams with other business functions.
- Assist in tax and financial audits, preparing responses and documentation as needed.
- Streamline processes and leverage tax, accounting and AI technology for efficiency in data collection and reporting.
- Stay updated on global tax and transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Taxation) or certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- 4+ years in transfer pricing or tax, including 2+ years in-house or Big 4/consulting; fintech/tech experience a plus.
- Deep knowledge of OECD guidelines, Local File/Master File, BEPS Pillar 2 and CbCR.
- Ability to adapt and take a hands-on approach to operational transfer pricing.
- Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and experience with tools such as Bloomberg or RoyaltyRange.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and tax software experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, demonstrating resourcefulness and ability to drive workstreams to completion.
