Senior Tanker Operator (Specialised Products)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the specialised chartering team in ensuring seamless and efficient voyage operations.
• Engage with brokers, counterparties, shipowners, and charterers on operational aspects related to vessels and/or cargo.
• Identify potential challenges in advance and take proactive steps to resolve them, improving overall charter efficiency.
• Verify and monitor Freight, Hire, and Commission invoices and payments, coordinating closely with the Accounts department.
• Track and manage time bar deadlines to ensure adherence.
• Perform other related or ad hoc duties as assigned to support operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in Tanker Operations, ideally with exposure to Biofuels, Chemicals, or Vegetable Oils cargoes.
• Skilled in using spreadsheet applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
