Role Overview:

This is a contractual role focused on talent operations within a technology organization leveraging artificial intelligence. The Talent Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring seamless candidate pipelines and compliance with hiring standards. This work supports the company's ability to scale AI-driven human resources initiatives globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment operations including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for technical and non-technical roles.

• Monitor and optimize hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience scores.

• Partner with hiring managers to align job descriptions, role requirements, and evaluation criteria with business needs.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal hiring policies across all regions.

• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to support accurate reporting and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or operations, preferably in tech or AI-driven environments.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Lever, with data analysis experience.

• Strong understanding of global employment compliance, including visa sponsorship and contractor classification.

• Experience designing and implementing recruitment workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across international teams.
