Job Description

SUMMARY

Be the lead in all talent related topics for Fashion Group SEAO and the Maisons across the region. This role encompasses the entire talent lifecycle, from designing and implementing impactful learning and development programs to driving talent acquisition, fostering employee engagement, and supporting strategic talent management initiatives. Working with the HRBPs and the Fashion Group HR in Paris, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading local activations of key global talent projects and contributing to a holistic and enriching employee journey within LVMH, operating within a multi-Maison stimulating ecosystem spanning a rich and complex geography of markets.

THE JOB

Learning & Development

  • Together with HRBPs, understand training needs through analyses in different spectrums, e.g. by function, by seniority, etc.
  • Coordinate with LVMH and Fashion Group HQ for training & development programs; Understand programs offered by maison HQs; Plan & design training programs that supplement the prior so that FG SEAO has a 360 all rounded learning journey offering
  • Implement learning solutions that will enhance accessibility and engagement, including introduction of new technology and tools to our programs
  • Source, recommend and plan suitable external training & development programs for FG SEAO
  • Responsible for initiatives that enhance self-development, e.g. training subsidy
  • Analyse effectiveness of training programs, and the programs return of investments
  • Manage all training budgets

Talent Acquisition

  • Drives recruitment solutions, e.g. internal mobilities, campus recruitment, internship management
  • Implement acquisition processes that include sourcing, interviews, onboarding
  • Manage complex hiring campaigns through collaboration with LVMH and across FG maisons in the region
  • Build strong partnership with HRBPs to understand immediate hiring needs and prospective business needs for the future
  • Keep track of hiring process and efficiency
  • Create talent market insights, talent mappings that look beyond the markets and the SEAO region
  • Manage candidate databases and systems that facilitate candidate data storage

Talent Management

  • Support the HRD with succession planning; Co-curate successors in the pipeline together with HRBPs
  • Support the maisons/HRBPs in the creation and embedding of individual development plans
  • Drive all employer branding initiatives

Employee Engagement

  • Design employee engagement initiatives and their rollouts
  • Together with C&B team, implement wellbeing programs that engage our talents and enhance our employee journey in the maisons and Fashion Group
  • Manage employee communications, e.g. talent newsletter
  • Support maisons in team building and workshops
  • Support all CSR and DE&I initiatives, incorporate the spirits of these in our HR/process day to day
  • Lead employee engagement surveys and produce analysis & insights

Others

  • Be the talent representative for FG SEAO
  • Lead a team of 2 in Singapore
  • Accountable for all training reports and analyses
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned

WHAT WE NEED

  • 12 years+ of relevant experience in talent management with primary focus on learning & development and talent acquisition, preferably from retail or hospitality industries
  • Good project management/event management skills including budget management. Sensitive to numbers and ability to analyse data.
  • Good business acumen
  • Excellent stakeholder management, ability to influence and make an impact
  • Organised and good time management
  • A team player, willing to listen and collaborate
  • Fluent English
