Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Executive / Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Additional responsibilities entail enhancing employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and contributing to the development of recruitment best practices and workforce strategies. You will play a pivotal role in building a strong talent pipeline to support Xbox Game Studios Publishing's mission of delivering exceptional gaming experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting techniques
• Experience in Hiring and conducting effective Interviewing processes
• Strong skills in Employer Branding and talent attraction strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting and collaborate with diverse teams
• Knowledge of the gaming industry or creative industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
