Job Summary
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and secure top talent, partnering with hiring managers to meet workforce needs and enhance employer branding in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing job offers to fill assigned roles effectively
- Collaborate with hiring managers to analyze workforce needs and develop targeted hiring strategies
- Proactively source talent using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Conduct behavioural and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for roles
- Manage candidate experience throughout recruitment to ensure positive engagement and smooth transitions
- Prepare and extend job offers and coordinate onboarding activities to facilitate new hire integration
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate regular reports on hiring progress and metrics
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline status to optimize recruitment outcomes
- Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to enhance company reputation
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes by identifying and implementing best practices
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
