We are looking for a passionate, down-to-earth, and results-oriented Recruiter, focused on swiftly hiring high-quality frontline blue-collar employees for our company (such as assemblers, warehouse staff, etc.). You will be responsible for the full recruitment process, from sourcing channels to employee onboarding, playing a key role in ensuring our production and operations teams are adequately staffed. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Placement:
- Fully manage the recruitment process for frontline positions, including job posting, resume screening, phone interviews, interview scheduling, and offer communication.
- Collaborate closely with business departments to accurately understand the responsibilities and qualifications required for frontline roles.
- Develop and maintain diverse recruitment channels for blue-collar positions.
- Proficiently utilize and innovate both online and offline recruitment channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Jobstreet, MyCareerFuture, and offline job fairs commonly used for blue-collar hiring.
- Establish and manage an internal employee referral program, incentivizing existing employees to recommend new hires.
- Actively leverage social media (e.g., WeChat, TikTok) to promote employer branding and job postings.
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build positive and trusting relationships with candidates, respond promptly to their inquiries, and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Handle offer negotiations, coordinate onboarding dates, and conduct background checks.3. Track new employee onboarding, collaborating with hiring departments and administrative teams to ensure smooth integration.
Data and Process Optimization:
- Record and analyze recruitment data (e.g., interview attendance rate, offer acceptance rate, turnover rate) and regularly produce recruitment reports.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality while effectively controlling recruitment costs.
Qualifications & Requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment, familiar with hiring characteristics in manufacturing, logistics, or labor-intensive industries.
- Familiarity with various blue-collar recruitment channels and the ability to use them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ability to interact smoothly with frontline employees from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong ability to work under pressure, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and handle unexpected challenges.
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented work attitude.
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for large factories, logistics warehouses, or the food service industry.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and social security policies.
