Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management and onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and market mapping
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, competencies, and suitability for the role
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction activities
- Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights to support hiring decisions
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, operations, or corporate functions
- Prior recruitment experience within the manufacturing, semiconductor, engineering, or related industries will be highly advantageous
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
