Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer management and onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and market mapping
  • Conduct candidate screening and interviews to assess skills, experience, competencies, and suitability for the role
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction activities
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide market insights to support hiring decisions
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and hiring outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, operations, or corporate functions
  • Prior recruitment experience within the manufacturing, semiconductor, engineering, or related industries will be highly advantageous
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
