We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead mid-to-senior level hiring for our Publishing and Creative teams. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, advising stakeholders, and improving hiring processes while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.
What You'll Do
• Work closely with executives and hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring priorities.
• Advise hiring managers on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and role positioning.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across publishing, creative, design, marketing, and growth functions.
• Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
• Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring decisions.
• Maintain compliance with fair employment practices, MOM/TAFEP guidelines (for Singapore), and global labour regulations.
• Track hiring metrics and provide actionable insights to hiring managers and leadership.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within gaming, creative, or technology industries.
• Proven experience hiring for niche and senior roles across publishing, creative, design, and growth functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business functions or regions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex hiring pipelines.
• Strong communication skills in English, with working proficiency in Mandarin for cross functional collaboration with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders (players/regional team members)
