Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead mid-to-senior level hiring for our Publishing and Creative teams. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, advising stakeholders, and improving hiring processes while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

What You'll Do

Work closely with executives and hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring priorities.

Advise hiring managers on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and role positioning.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across publishing, creative, design, marketing, and growth functions.

Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through multiple channels.

Continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring decisions.

Maintain compliance with fair employment practices, MOM/TAFEP guidelines (for Singapore), and global labour regulations.

Track hiring metrics and provide actionable insights to hiring managers and leadership.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within gaming, creative, or technology industries.

Proven experience hiring for niche and senior roles across publishing, creative, design, and growth functions.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple business functions or regions.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage complex hiring pipelines.

Strong communication skills in English; working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus for regional collaboration.
