Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a well-established financial services organisation to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. As the business continues to evolve and invest in its people strategy, this role will play a critical part in attracting, engaging, and hiring high-calibre talent across the organisation. The successful individual will have significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence hiring decisions that directly support the firm's long-term growth and success.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner to senior business leaders and hiring managers, leading end-to-end recruitment activities across a diverse portfolio of functions. Beyond delivering hiring outcomes, you will provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment advisory support, helping stakeholders make informed decisions in an increasingly competitive talent landscape.
You will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent attraction strategies, proactively mapping the market and building robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Leveraging your expertise in direct sourcing and candidate engagement, you will identify and attract top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. You will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on employer branding initiatives, recruitment process enhancements, and talent acquisition projects that strengthen the overall effectiveness of the function.
The ideal candidate will bring 10 to 12 years of talent acquisition experience gained within an in-house environment, preferably within financial services, investment management, banking, or another sophisticated corporate setting. You will possess strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, coupled with a consultative approach and the credibility to engage effectively with senior leaders. Experience in talent mapping, market research, and proactive sourcing will be essential, along with the ability to manage multiple mandates and deliver results within a fast-paced environment.
