Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/ Senior Recruiter

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, execution-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner/Specialist who enjoys a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and is passionate about delivering strong hiring results.
This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment and requires strong ownership, fast learning and high resilience.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Tech / Product / Business functions
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Deliver offers within expected timelines (1–2 months)
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify JD, expectations, and timelines
• Maintain high-quality documentation (ATS / Lark Base)
• Market mapping & active outreach
• Weekly tracking of hiring progress & potential risks
What We Are Looking For
• 3–8 years TA experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong passion for recruiting
• High resilience; comfortable with changes / urgent roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Able to work independently with strong sense of ownership
