Key Responsibilities & Impact
As a crucial member of our TA team, you will manage thefull-cycle recruitment process, acting as a strategic talent advisor to our hiring managers and business leaders. Your responsibilities include:
  • Strategic Sourcing:Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, utilizing creative channels likeLinkedInand social media to attract top talent.
  • Stakeholder Partnership:Collaborate closely withhiring managersand HRBPs, providing strong talent advisor opinions to facilitate informed, data-driven decisions.
  • End-to-End Management:Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition management and prescreening to facilitating interviews, managingoffer negotiation, and ensuring smooth onboarding handoffs.
  • Process Excellence:Drive efficiency by meticulously managing data inWorkday, performing salary benchmarking, and preparing insightful recruitment reports to keep stakeholders updated.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a proactive, self-sufficient professional who can build positive relationships and manage priorities effectively under pressure.
  • Minimum 8 years experiencein Strategic sourcing and high-volume recruitment (junior to senior levels).
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools likeLinkedInandWorkday, and a strong understanding of HR metrics/dashboards.
  • Asolutions-focusedmindset with strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated experience across the entiretalent lifecycle, including process design, assessment techniques (behavioral-based interviewing), and talent pooling.
