Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for gaming-related roles (e.g., game developers, designers, QA, live ops, art, engineering).
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates using targeted strategies (platforms, databases, community channels).
  • Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and support hiring managers throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key and niche gaming skill sets.
  • Support offer processes, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience handling.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring quality.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and recruitment priorities.
  • Maintain recruitment documentation, trackers, and workflows.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience (preferably with some exposure to gaming, tech, or digital entertainment roles).
  • Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities.
  • Experience with full recruitment process from candidate sourcing through offer and onboarding.
  • Familiarity with gaming industry roles and community channels is an advantage (e.g., Discord, GitHub, game dev forums).
