Job Description

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will manage recruitment assignments and partner clients to deliver effective hiring solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments
• Engage clients to understand hiring requirements and priorities
• Source, assess, and interview candidates for assigned roles
• Present candidate profiles and recruitment insights to clients
• Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment timelines
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment or a client-facing role
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
• Consultative and commercially aware mindset
