We are seeking experienced technical engineers to support deployment activities, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with our team to ensure smooth implementation of system components. The engineers will assist in package deployment, log investigation, environment validation, and issue escalation as needed.
These roles are essential to ensuring successful deployments in enterprise environments, following runbooks created by our internal team and collaborating with senior engineers to resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment of software packages prepared by the internal engineering team.
- Troubleshoot issues in complex enterprise environments involving multiple interacting components.
- Perform log tracing, error investigation, and preliminary root-cause analysis before escalation.
- Collaborate with SwiftX engineers, partners, and client technical teams to coordinate fixes and deployment activities.
- Validate system configurations, networking components, security settings, and application dependencies.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and operational readiness of applications in large-scale environments.
- Provide technical insights to streamline deployments and reduce recurring issues.
- Communicate findings clearly and promptly to project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in the IT field preferably troubleshooting large enterprise architectures, understanding of various components interaction, networking issues, encryption, security, and software applications deployment
- Knowledge of containerization, k8s is preferable
- Understanding of Lua programming
- Understanding of Python
- Understanding of Java is plus
- Shell and PowerShell scripting
Understanding of log tracing and error investigations
