Job Summary
You will manage and support critical IT infrastructure, ensuring system availability, security, and performance while automating processes and maintaining documentation to support business operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Windows Server environments to ensure stable and secure operations
- Administer VMware and Citrix infrastructure to maintain virtualized and remote access systems
- Develop and maintain Shell Scripts to automate system tasks and enhance operational efficiency
- Perform system monitoring to proactively detect and resolve issues, ensuring high availability
- Troubleshoot system faults and implement patches to maintain security and performance standards
- Conduct backup and recovery activities to safeguard data integrity and business continuity
- Maintain accurate technical documentation to support infrastructure management and audits
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in System Administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Shell Scripting, Citrix, and VMware
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills applied to system administration tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
