Planning: Plan for design solutioning, testing and implementation activities with timelines and effort estimates with Delivery Manager.
Business & Technical Requirement Gathering: To discuss and work with business analyst to understand, analyse, validate user/business/system requirements to determine the project requirements. Drive Technical/System requirements from abstract product vision all the way to detailed system /technical requirements in collaboration with solution architect. This should include system interactions for the process flows.
GAP & FitAnalysis : Perform functional impact analysis and risk assessment to examine and evaluate existing vs. to-be processes in collaboration with technical leads. This should include fitgap analysis on system functions.
Functional Design: Design functional solutions aligned with CLM workflows and Fenergo capabilities and work with Technical Leads to determine and identify any technical constraints and limitations to the proposed solutions. Leads and collaborates with cross-functional and technical teams for a seamless integrated solution. This should include all required data mapping and transaction flow and error handling with collaboration with Technical leads.
Documentation: Document functional specifications of the proposed solutions, obtain user confirmation on the requirements, buy-in of the proposed solutions and official signoff. This includes any other supplementary documents as required. Obtain official sign off from user.
Requirement Traceability: Responsible for documenting final technical artefacts and ensuring complete traceability to original requirement.
Product Configuration: Configure the policy rule sets, workflows, data mappings, and UI behavior ensuring high-quality and alignment with CLM workflows.
System Testing: Support test activities by working in collaboration with Test manager, Test lead and Test Domain SME to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and testing coverage. Assist Test manager & Test Lead in integration test and user acceptance test.Assist Test Manager during Defect triage to review, categorize, prioritize and assigning defects. Work with technical leads ( or Vendor ) to determine the root cause of defects.
Implementation plan : Work in collaboration with all technical leads for all domains to include all systems ( integrated ) required setup including all system configurations and runbooks.
Migration Design & Data Mapping : Work with Technical Lead on migration design & data mapping are correct cross-domain. Will review with BA on all required reconciliations including both technical and functional.
User training: Prepare training materials, conduct user training and support to end users to ensure that they are able to effectively use systems.
Incident support: Provide technical support in resolving incidents. Conduct root cause analysis.Timely escalate issues to PM of any challengers and issues.All other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Admin.
Min. 7 10 years experiencing working as Business/ System Analyst in a bank, FI or a consultancy company.
Logical and Analytical with attention to details.
Able to perform individually or as a team.
Good to be certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Technical background with a good understanding of SDLC cycle a nice to have.
