Responsible for maintenance and enhancement of SAP ISU application systems and involvement in projects related to these systems.
Ensure the smooth operation of applications and promptly resolve issues and incidents.
Gather and analyse user requirements to propose relevant solutions.
Maintain and update various documentation (e.g. change documents, functional specifications, user guides) for Application systems.
Participate in change control process for SAP ISU Application systems to ensure seamless implementation of system changes.
Participate in all aspects of project implementation, from initiation to roll-out (design, build, testing, end-user training, go-live support, documentation).
Resolve project issues with vendors and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
Ensure compliance with policies, standards and procedures.
What you'll need:
Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or its equivalent
At least 3 years experience in system design and development.
Technical knowledge required in SAP-ABAP programming, BAPI, BDC, and user exits.
Experience in SAP ISU Device Management module in SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA is an added advantage.
Experience in FIORI configuration and development is an added advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
Ability to independently handle requirement gathering sessions, prepare functional specifications, and support testing activities for user sign-offs.
