JOB SUMMARY

Strong experience translating business requirements into functional requirements, solution design, and functional specification documents (FSD). Hands-on involvement in BRD/FSD preparation, traceability, and impact analysis.

• Knowledge of lending products (Term Loans, Auto Loans, Conventional & Islamic financing).
• Exposure to core banking systems and lending workflows.
• System Interaction & Impact Analysis
• Understanding system flows, integration touchpoints, and data governance/security requirements.
• Ability to perform end-to-end impact and risk analysis on IT systems.
• Testing & Quality Assurance
• Able to design test cases and test plans for UAT.
• Experience in managing UAT with business stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of Business Analysis experience in banking systems.
