Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior System Analyst to support enterprise data warehousing initiatives in the banking domain. The role involves system analysis, solution design, and L3 production support across complex data platforms such as Informatica, Teradata, Hadoop, and Oracle. You will act as a bridge between business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform system analysis, solution design, and implementation for EDW projects
• Provide L3 support: incident management, RCA, and performance tuning
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Design and review data models, data marts, and data mapping
• Manage and optimize ETL processes (Informatica/SAS) ensuring data quality
• Support data platforms: Teradata, Hadoop (Hive), Oracle
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, ITSM/ITSC, and governance standards
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior team members

Required Skills

• 6–9 years in Data Warehousing / System Analysis / Production Support
• Strong ETL experience: Informatica (preferred) or SAS
• Hands-on with Teradata / Hadoop (Hive) / Oracle (at least one mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, mapping, and data marts
• Banking/financial domain experience
• Strong SQL and database knowledge
• Understanding of SDLC, release management, IT support processes
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
• Experience with Unix/Linux/Windows environments
• Relevant certifications (minimum 2 preferred)
