We're looking to add a Senior System, Analyst, IT in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As a Senior System, Analyst, IT, you will:

• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to understand operational needs, business requirements, and process improvement opportunities.
• Design, develop, enhance, and support customized in-house applications and group-wide digital solutions.
• Analyse existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and improved user experience.
• Perform application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, testing, bug fixing, and continuous system improvement.
• Participate in end-to-end system development activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digitalisation and application development projects that support business and operational goals.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, technical specifications, user guides, and support materials in line with the organization's SDLC framework.
• Conduct user training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to ensure effective adoption of in-house applications.
• Provide ongoing support for existing enterprise applications that enable business operations across the Venture Group.
• Independently manage assigned projects, enhancements, support tickets, and operational tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, system analysis, application support, or related IT roles.
• Experience in application development using Microsoft technologies, including ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, NET Framework / .NET platform
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including the ability to read, write, troubleshoot, and optimise SQL queries.
• Experience with any of the following technologies will be an added advantage: .NET Entity Framework, ASP.NET Blazor, Node.JS & React.JS, Web API / RESTful services
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes); hand on experience in deploying or supporting containerised applications is an advantage.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline implementation, automated deployments, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
