Senior Analyst, ERP Systems (Dynamics 365 F&O)

Singapore Headquarters | Full-Time | Hybrid Model

HOYA Electronics primary focus is on the development of optical and extreme ultraviolet (EUV) photomask blanks, which are critical components in the manufacturing process of the latest-generation chips used in various applications such as artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and 5G. Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to support, enhance, and deliver ERP solutions. This role requires a solid understanding of project priorities, delivery timelines, and end-to-end ownership of Dynamics 365 F&O operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in system support, solution delivery, business process optimization, and collaboration with global teams and service partners. You will lead technical improvements, manage user requests, drive productivity and cost-saving initiatives, and ensure reliable ERP operations aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for the Dynamics 365 F&O system, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and ensuring system stability and reliability.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy fixes and system enhancements based on business and user requirements.
  • Manage Dynamics 365 user access, security roles, workflows, and related license requirements.
  • Configure and enhance integrations with other cloud and enterprise applications, streamlining end-to-end business processes.
  • Enable Dynamics 365 data integration with Master Data Management, data warehouse, and design/customize Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with Microsoft partners and vendors to manage support tickets, ensuring timely root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain business process documentation, user guides, and functional/technical design specifications.
  • Participate in global and regional projects, collaborating with teams in Japan and other locations.
  • Understand project priorities, dependencies, and business requirements, proactively proposing improvements to processes or system functionality.
  • Manage project delivery across scope, cost, quality, and schedule, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Skills and Competencies Profile

  • Strong and comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Proven, hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O, including system configuration, module deployment, and user role/security design. Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Experience customizing Dynamics 365 objects such as Tables, Forms, Reports, and Extended Data Types (EDTs).
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, SSRS report development, Power BI, and/or Power Automate.
  • Ability to analyze and streamline business processes, optimize system performance, and deliver reporting solutions within tight timelines.
  • Strong functional capability in documentation, complex issue troubleshooting, and system parameter configuration to maximize ERP data utilization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, regional stakeholders, and external service partners.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and delivery-focused, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, creative thinker with demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Experience in Supply Chain–related industries is required; knowledge of Finance and Manufacturing modules is a strong advantage.

Certification Requirements (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Certification, or
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Certification
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification (nice to have)
