Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain a 2 node MS Windows Failover Clustering for MSSQL Standard Edition using Active-Active mode only and Always On Availability Groups (AOAG) configuration
• Facilitate MSSQL and IIS hardening in accordance with CIS requirements and perform VM OS hardening based on GPO policies.
• Ensure the infrastructure has undergone acceptance testing and aligns with the organization's requirements.
• Assist end-users and other IT staff members with technical issues
• Keep abreast of new technological developments and provide innovative solutions to enhance the infrastructure and boost operational efficiency and agility.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Good knowledge of OpenText, MSWindows Failover Clustering, and MSSQL Standard Edition and AOAG, IIS, GPO, and other backup and log management solutions
• Good experience with VM OS hardening and MSSQL and IIS hardening
• Strong ability to troubleshoot different problems
