Senior Support Analyst

. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

. Must have minimum of 6+ years of experience in supporting or developing application

. Technical background:

o Working knowledge of application servers. Understand concepts of IT Production environment and deployment process/piplines.

o Working knowledge of databases scripting

o Working knowledge of scripting /programming languages

. Working experience in Corporate IT, IT Security or other transverse domains

. Certification in ITIL

. Good communication and presentation skills

. Possesses strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills
