Key Responsibilities
- Drive TPM implementation across the plant including AM, PM, FI, Safety and 5S pillars.
- Lead productivity and operational improvement initiatives to improve OPE.
- Work with engineering and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability.
- Drive focused improvement projects to eliminate operational losses.
- Lead 5S and visual management across production, warehouse and laboratory areas.
- Integrate TPM with plant safety programs and BBS initiatives.
- Extend TPM principles to logistics and warehouse operations including material flow and storage optimization.
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and coach teams on TPM, problem solving and continuous improvement tools.
- Track performance metrics and report improvement progress to plant leadership.
- Ad-hoc assignments by Supervisor
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline.
- 2-4 years experience in process improvement, TPM, Lean manufacturing or operational excellence.
- Experience in manufacturing, plant operations, logistics or warehouse environments preferred.
