• Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management activities, ensuring optimal quality, cost, and delivery performance across the supply chain.
• Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiations, and make-or-buy decisions to support long-term business objectives.
• Drive supplier development, performance reviews, and corrective action plans to strengthen reliability and compliance.
• Establish and maintain robust procurement processes, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, spending, and budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities and future sourcing capabilities.

skills and experience required

• Min. 5 years of experience in Aviation industry or handling of Aerospace related goods.
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
