This Senior Planner, Global Supply Planning role focuses on making sure the right materials are available at the right time to support production and delivery globally. You'll lead planning across pre-season and in-season timelines, work closely with suppliers and internal teams, and use data to manage risks and improve supply performance. It's a hands-on role where you balance planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management to keep supply running smoothly.
What will you do
Lead pre-season planning for Direct-Sourced materials aligned with the Go-To-Market calendar
Drive in-season planning activities, including:
Track monthly material consumption against commitments
Manage leftover materials at season end, including validation and reporting
Work with internal teams to reuse excess materials and reduce scrap
Collaborate with Direct-Sourced and nominated suppliers to manage risks such as:
Analyse forecast vs actual regularly to identify risks early
Develop action plans and communicate clearly across stakeholders
Continuously improve or automate planning processes where possible
What will you be responsible for
Deliver pre-season milestones on time and with accuracy
Ensure strong execution of material preposition plans to support on-time delivery
Build effective working relationships across Global Planning, Asia Product Supply, and suppliers
Act as process owner for global material planning processes and drive improvements
Improve supply agility and consistency in planning methods
Partner with Global Supply Planning and Material Sourcing teams to support KPIs such as:
Prepare clear reports and presentations on demand trends, risks, and opportunities
Evaluate supplier performance, including execution discipline and responsiveness
Support change initiatives and communicate business priorities clearly

What you'll bring
Experience & knowledge
Experience in supply chain, material planning, or sourcing (apparel/footwear is a plus)
Strong understanding of forecasting, S&OP, and supply planning
Experience working with suppliers and managing supply risks
Skills
Strong English communication skills (Mandarin is a bonus)
Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus
Experience with Power Query, KNIME, or similar tools is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to make assumptions and run what-if scenarios
Comfortable turning data into clear insights and stories
