Senior Supply Chain Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance internal logistics processes to support complex mechatronics and semiconductor manufacturing
• Review inventory trends to maintain optimal stock levels, avoid shortages, and reduce excess build-ups
• Map and improve logistics flow from incoming materials to production line delivery
• Design and optimize warehouse and shopfloor layouts for efficient movement and space utilization
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth integration of logistics activities with ERP/MES for real-time material visibility
• Maintain high data accuracy for all logistics transactions, records, and reports
• Create, update, and enforce SOPs for material handling, storage, and internal movement
• Work closely with production, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to support NPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Participate in cross-functional lean initiatives to improve processes and reduce operational costs
