We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to support end-to-end supply chain operations and act as the key liaison between Business Units, Customer Service, Logistics, and internal teams. This role ensures smooth coordination, regulatory compliance, and accurate performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between Business Units, Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics and Supply Chain teams
- Resolve stock, product, and operational issues with timely follow-up
- Support regulatory documentation and certification compliance
- Manage repacking documentation and ensure process accuracy (TECO)
- Consolidate and report supply chain KPIs
- Drive process improvements and documentation standardization
Role Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business or related functions.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, QA, or Regulatory functions
- Strong in communication skills, strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting abilities
- Able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
