The Supply Chain Senior Analyst is responsible for leading the Supply Chain planning & execution for product initiatives, by collaborating with Marketing, Manufacturing, other Supply Chain disciplines and other different organizations within Motul. The Supply Chain Senior Analyst also leads the improvement on product portfolio management aimed at promoting the culture of productivity, simplification & speed to shelf. He/She champions operational discipline by ensuring Standard Operating Procedures and compliance requirements are followed.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch Planning
- Act as Supply Chain Project Manager, partnering with Marketing & Product Team to develop execution plan for Product Launch & Transitions (PIPO), including alignment of volume commitment per BU / Country
- Lead the collaboration with the different Supply Chain teams,
- Demand Planning – to ensure forecast is reflected at the right code, with right timing
- Supply Planning – to determine the availability date for Product Launch & transition date for PIPO
- Customer Service – to ensure readiness of the ordering process (Product & Pricing data, Order Form, etc)
- Logistics – to ensure the logistics readiness for new route
- Manage the Supply Chain milestones of each project, identifying potential issues and escalating to different business leaders for resolution
- Represent Supply Chain in the Product Review meetings
Supply Chain Portfolio Management
- Represent Supply Chain in the New Product Request (NPR) process, analyzing the request and granting approval
- Responsible for ensuring cleanliness of planning and ordering parameters related to phase in and phase out SKUs, including re-activation
- Develop and maintain BCP and product-source bridging capability
Continuous Improvement
- Lead the continuous improvement activities (Innovation / Synchronization / Digitization / Simplification) on Product Launch through data analysis and change management process, resulting to Service, Cost & Cash improvement
- Align & document processes (SOP, SLA, Work Instruction, etc.) across related functions, and deploy to the team and/or to broader organization
- Represent Supply Chain in projects as subject matter expert / key user for Product Launch process
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst and product launch planning
- Strong Project Management and Process Improvement experience
- Possess at least a diploma in Supply Chain & Logistics, Business Management or Accounting
- Good analytical problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as in teams. Can execute work with excellence and have a good follow through
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and can build relationships with internal / external business partners. Good command in reading, writing, and speaking
- Systems / Software
- Strong technical skills in Project Management Tools / Software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience in developing dashboards from large data sets in PowerBI.
- Knowledge and familiarity with SAP
