Role Overview
The Supply Chain & Procurement Analyst supports end-to-end procurement, planning, and analytics activities to ensure efficient material flow, accurate system data, and informed decision-making across the supply chain.
Job Scope
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and change orders to ensure timely and accurate execution while maintaining data integrity across procurement systems such as SAP, ERP/MRP.
- Work closely with Planning and Manufacturing teams to support demand fulfillment, optimize inventory levels, and ensure material availability aligned with production schedules. Monitor supplier performance and proactively mitigate potential supply risks.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain planning or analytics
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
