I am representing my medical device client and hiring an experienced Senior Quality Engineer, Supplier Quality to take ownership of supplier quality activities across the Asia region, partnering closely with manufacturing sites, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive quality excellence, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This highly visible regional role offers the opportunity to influence supplier quality strategy across multiple markets while working within a collaborative, international environment.

• Regional responsibility covering supplier quality activities across Asia.
• Drive supplier qualification, supplier audits, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with global Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Sourcing teams.

• Regular and frequent travel across Asia region is required to conduct supplier audits, assessments, and supplier development activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience within Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Supplier Development functions.
• Experience within regulated industries is highly preferred.
• Candidates from medical device and electronics manufacturing backgrounds will be particularly well aligned, given the technical complexity and product specifications associated with the role.
• Proven experience managing suppliers, conducting audits, and driving quality improvement initiatives across regional or global supply chains.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced, cross-functional, and international environment.
