- Oversee the daily operations in the warehouse
- Lead and supervise team of store assistants/storekeepers to achieve departmental goals and KPIs
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy at all times
- Ensure that the operations team complies to HSE rules & regulations
- Chair regular toolbox meetings with the operations team

- Staff Matters/Discipline
- Issue Warning Letters Approve/Reject Leave Applications
Skills Required
- Good Knowledge of WMS, SAP or any other related warehouse application systems
- Good Leadership Capabilities
- Good Planning Skillsets
- Manpower & Resource Managment Skills
Experience And Qualification
- Min.2 years of experience in a supervisory function
- Certificate/Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Managment or other certifications in a similar discipline
- Manage a team of 10 person and above
