Senior Structured Products Sales

Location: Singapore

As a Senior Structured Products Sales professional, you will play a key role in driving Velocity Trade's growth in the APAC region. Based in Singapore, your mandate will be to originate, develop, and manage institutional client relationships, leveraging Velocity Trade's differentiated cross-asset and execution-to-custody offering.

This role offers the opportunity to build a franchise, contribute to the expansion of our international client base, and potentially build and lead your own sales team as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies targeting institutional investors, asset managers, family offices, banks, and financial intermediaries.
  • Promote and distribute Structured Products and AMCs, while cross-selling Velocity Trade's full suite of services, including Deliverable & Margin FX, CFDs, Equities, Fixed Income, Precious Metals, Execution-to-Custody solutions, and Equity Research.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships with a high focus on service quality and responsiveness.
  • Utilize Velocity Trade's proprietary technology and multi-issuer platforms to deliver tailored investment and execution solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal trading, structuring, operations, and sector specialists to ensure seamless execution and effective cross-selling.
  • Actively contribute to the strategic development and expansion of Velocity Trade's sales activities in the region.
  • Potentially recruit and manage a team of sales professionals as the platform scales.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in structured products.
  • Education: Strong academic background in finance, derivatives, or a related discipline (Bachelor's or Master's degree).
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and client centric.
  • Personality: Dynamic, adaptable, open-minded, and collaborative.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
